Return & Exchange Eligibility

Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order

Condition Requirements: Products must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product analysis, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Pflege- und Reinigungsprodukte (Care and cleaning products)
  • Opened or used personal care items
  • Custom-made or personalized accessories
  • Products specifically marked as “Final Sale”

Step-by-Step Return Process

3 Package Your Item

4 Ship Your Return

Ship the package to our address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for changed mind returns.
